## How the PMDC Aggregate is Calculated

As notified by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), the uniform admission formula for admission into MBBS and BDS programs across all provincial admitting authorities (UHS Punjab, DUHS Sindh, KMU KPK, BUMHS Balochistan, and SZABMU Federal) is structured as:

1. National MDCAT Score (200 Marks Total): **50% of Total Merit**

2. HSSC / FSc Pre-Medical (1100 Marks Total): **40% of Total Merit**

3. SSC / Matriculation (1100 Marks Total): **10% of Total Merit**

Formula: Aggregate = (MDCAT Obtained / 200 × 50) + (FSc Obtained / 1100 × 40) + (Matric Obtained / 1100 × 10).
